The young people meet at 10.30 on
Sunday mornings. We start in Church for the first 10 to 15 minutes
before leaving to go into our groups. The children are grouped by
age. Mrs N Powles takes the children from three, Mrs J Stather
takes the children from 7 to 11 and the children over 11 are led
at the moment by Mrs J Skelley.
Mrs A Jackson, and Mrs A Booth are both ready to step in and take
classes when needed.
Mrs J Jackson plays the piano for us when needed.
At Christmas the children join together to take part in a musical
Christmas nativity, which is performed in Church.
We have our anniversary service on the first Sunday in July, this
is usually a musical telling of a Bible story. The Young people
also take part in the Lenten cross and advent ring ceremonies.
In our groups each week we have a mixture of stories, quizzes,
crafts and singing.
The young peoples groups are open to anyone, just come along on a
Sunday morning and ask where to go.
